Your place is reserved after we have received your registration fee. We confirm your payment when we receive it by mail. The registration fee is included in the price. Refunding of the registration fee is only made if the festival is canceled by us.
In order to offer our participants a good product, we to plan in advanced. We therefore ask you to respect that we need your full payment no later than four weeks before the start to guarantee your place. If your payment is not at our disposal, we may need to give your place to another participant.
If a discount with a specific condition has been given at the time when booking and this condition is not fulfilled, you will be charged for the amount of the discount.
You can cancel your place until one week before the festival start. After that we need sick-conformation from doctor. Upon canceling made payments is made refunded except registration fee. Room reservations outside Ängsbacka are binding. Room fee is not refundable. After the start of the festival no refund.
If we cancel the festival all payments is refunded including registration fee.
