A welcome letter with more detailed information will be sent out to all festival participants. Here is a general overview. Please note that the options for accommodation vary slightly between festivals, sometimes we change available accommodation at Ängsbacka and also arrange external accommodation.
The festival fee includes accommodation in a dormitory here at Ängsbacka.
For an additional fee you can reserve space in a 4-6 bed room in The Barn. There are double rooms available in the Yellow House, The Barn and The Red House. Bring your own sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. Bring you own towel for showering and we suggest to pack an extra towel for the sauna. You can also rent sheets from us for an additional fee.
Check-in opens at 4 pm the 5th and dinner is served at 6 pm. The welcome ceremony starts at 7.30. On the 9th we have the ending ceremony before lunch. Lunch is served at 1 pm.
We serve the following meals; breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. At Ängsbacka we offer a vegetarian diet, we use organic products to a large extent – preferably locally produced - and prepare the food with love.
If you let us know in connection with your reservation, we will arrange gluten-lactose and nut-free food for you.
The cafe is a cozy and comfortable meetingplace for new friendships and deep conversation over a latte or a mild herbal tea. You can also buy organic bakery, delicious sandwiches and healthy drinks.
In the Clear Life shop you will find health products and organic body care, relaxing music, books, different clothes, organic incense, unique jewelry, yoga mats and more.
Our gardening group Flow Food will be preparing for this summer’s sale of vegetables, but they also sell self-produced goods.
For cash withdrawals, there is a vending machine at the grocery store in Molkom community about 1.5 miles from Ängsbacka. A good idea is to include coarser walkingshoes for trails around Ängsbacka and comfortable indoor shoes / slippers.
The environment stays cleaner and carpooling also saves us money. Visit car-pooling , here you can offer or request a ride to and from Ängsbacka.
