Ängsbacka’s leadership training is coming alive again, creating community and vision circles as the foundation for the summer organization at Ängsbacka. Would you like to work with conscious leadership, team building and practical manifestation of your heart purpose?
The ÄLI weekends during the spring are gatherings for the coordinators, work leaders and staff creating the practical and energetic base for the volunteer groups joining us during the summer festivals. We explore how we can bring our gift to the world by being our authentic selves, expanding the natural leader within us, and inspiring others to do the same.
The ÄLI training is for you who has been a volunteer/coordinator at Ängsbacka before or have some experience from organizing people/events elsewhere. Welcome to share your wisdom and create an inspiring place and a home for us and the volunteers during our stay at Ängsbacka
If you join the ÄLI training you spend one month as a coordinator at Ängsbacka. You can also choose to participate in several periods: such as Easter, all of or parts of May, early June and late August. It is all included!
Easter coordinator period: March 30th – April 10th
Summer coordinator period one: June 9 – July 11
Summer coordinator period two: July 8 – August 15
