The people who work at Ängsbacka do it primarily because they believe in and want to live according to Ängsbacka’s core values. Because they want to develop as human beings, because they love being at Ängsbacka and because they want to make it possible for others to enjoy Ängsbackas gifts in their lives.
We believe there is an alternative to the commercialism, stress and performance anxiety, and we would like to help show that it is possible to work and live together in simplicity and balance. In awareness and with less harmful impact on the environment and each other. We strive to live in open and honest communication, with the desire for development and learning, accepting and respecting ourselves, each other and the outside world.
Here you can be yourself in a loving and open environment. You get the oportunity to through your presence and your work contribute to Ängsbackas activites and growth, and to provide our guests and participants enjoyment through our courses and festivals. All people who makes a change for the better in their own personal life, are also seeds of a positive change in society and the world.
Living and working together in this way is challenging and not always easy. It is important that you are someone who has a clear desire for personal development and growth. Working here is fun and sometimes intense. If you just want to experience Ängsbacka a shorter period of time, you are also welcome as a guest.
