Amrita has been on a spiritual journey for over 30 years, going deep into the mystery of meditation and personal development and healing.

She has lived in ashrams in India for long periods of time, and has taken part in numerous courses, trainings and healings therapies throughout the years.

She is also a massage therapist, healer, meditation leader, qi gong leader, yoga teacher and works as a medium channeling messages and healing to people all over the world through her online sessions. She is deeply dedicated to living in presence and love, always open to deepening the experience of silence.
