As young woman she wondered when the ”real life” would begin? She found yoga, meditation and ayurveda while having a severe burne-out that lasted for many years. Slowly she connected back to the body and gained a lot of experience through that process. During the last 15 years she has been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy and Ayurveda. She continues to study and go to retreats with her teachers. Today she runs YogaDevi in Stockholm together with Pernilla Cristvall. She teaches in a humble way and tries to help others connect back to body and breath.
