Ina Schuppe Koistinen

Ina is a medical researcher at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm studying the role of the microbiome, the trillions of microbes that live on and in our bodies, on our health. Yoga is an integral part of her life. As a yoga teacher in Mediyoga (a form of Kundalini yoga adapted to stress reduction and healthcare applications) and Hatha/Ashtanga yoga she teaches at the Health Promotion Unit of the Karolinska Institutet. In addition, Ina is an artist with watercolours as her medium. In her classes she combines her broad experiences with creativity, scientific perspectives and joy.
