Saed Mansour

Movement teacher/artist
Saed Mansour is a Palestinian movement teacher/artist. He grew up as a Palestinian in Israel. The practicality of life there led him to be a techie that evolved eventually into a dancer. Now he tours and teaches in Europe and in Palestine, performs and creates as a dancer/choreographer, and creates spaces that mix between artivism, dance and community building. In the last years his creations varied: co leading the first Palestinian burning man (with Israelis as a minority) , the first Palestinian dance festival retreat, Contact Improv courses, Masaha Studio owner, “Ethneen Shtaieem” dance solo. Saed’s artistic interest revolve around artivism, ritual, community, and a movement research about identity and no identity. He tends to approach performance as a ritual space where he and and the audience go through an emotional journey together.
