Sudha

For the last two decades Sudha has traveled sharing meditation and music around the world, covering Australia and Asia, to USA and Europe. During her travels she has gathered inspiration and teachings from a wide variety of cultures and spiritual traditions. It has always been through song and music that Sudha most effortlessly connected to her own inner wisdom, and she is passionate about sharing this way of opening to a stronger and more playful creative flow.
