Helena Montelius

Helena is returning to the No Mind festival again! Helena has been a meditation teacher, spiritual and personal development author and seminar leader for over 40 years. She has practiced and shared The Work of Byron Katie for over 23 years, becoming a Certified Facilitator of The Work in 2012. She shares The Work Inquiry around the world through online seminars and live retreats. Her main focus the last few years with The Work has been on questioning and dissolving the fearful, limiting stories we carry about love, sex and romantic relationships through her Radical Love Shift and Radical Sex Shift classes.
