Ängsbacka is a Course and Festival Centre for Personal and Spiritual growth. Since 1997, thousands of people have travelled from all over the world to experience its magical, warm, open and loving atmosphere. To many, this place has become like a second home and a source of inspiration.

Hundreds of people have lived and worked here for short or long periods. They have all contributed with time, money, work, and above all their heart to create what we enjoy here today. Currently our working community comprises around 40 people, most of whom live onsite.

Every now and then, we are recruiting to fill in roles with responsibilities in our different teams, both in operations (kitchen, housekeeping, garden,…) and in administration (events, marketing, booking,…). Current vacancies are listed below.

Course Manager

As Course Manager at Ängsbacka, you’ll uphold our vision by ensuring high-quality courses and retreats. You’ll handle strategic planning, quality control, and budget management while collaborating with course leaders. Your role supports the CEO and Product Circle, enhancing our program offerings and enriching the Ängsbacka experience.

The Kitchen is at the very heart of Ängsbacka. A meal served at our table clearly communicates our high ambition and focus on sustainability, taste, nutrition and beauty in equal measures. Our kitchen prepares three vegetarian meals per day, all year round.
