Together with his partner Paula Nygren they have couples workshops, retreats and a 1 year training called “Sacred union”.
He is one of the teachers of “Tantric breathwork training” lead by Smrati Skog in Gothenburg every year.
Jarno also does individual- and group breathwork and bodywork sessions in Gothenburg, Malmö and Oslo.
