Join us for a transformative and heart-opening journey into truth, communication, and connection.

Truth training is an immersive experience of authentic communication and community; with a focus on emotional expression, deep human connection, and conflict processing. We will spend much time in circle or small groups – speaking truths rarely spoken, getting to know each other deeply, and growing our emotional capabilities together.

What you say and how you say it can change your world. Language holds power. And we can evolve that language… did you choose the language you think in? From whom did you learn to speak and listen?

Truth Training is a bit about words, and very much beyond words. You are invited to look beneath familiar communication patterns and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

During this training, we’ll explore how courage, compassion, and communication can turn moments of conflict into gateways for growth. We’ll co-create a space where honesty is healing, and connection can deepen.

The workshop sessions will include various large group and paired exercises such as introductions to the guiding principles, processing circles, sharing circles, question-and-answer games, and sessions on shame and self-acceptance.

No previous experience is required — only a willingness to participate and an openness to learn.

The training days will be guided by Elia, who is inspired by practice of Zen, Nonviolent Communication, and Radical Honesty. His deep curiosity has taken him through many fields in life — mediation, facilitation, counselling, coaching, leadership, restorative justice, education, activism, and more — all with a common thread of human connection and conflict.

From 2017 to 2022, Elia explored these worlds in depth, supported throughout by the principles of Nonviolent Communication inspired by Marshall Rosenberg.

In 2022, he embarked on a bold “Trust Experiment,” inspired by Zen pilgrimages and his time in Japan. Living entirely in a gift-economy, he travelled without money or possessions, offering help wherever he could and relying on trust instead of transaction. This journey brought him into many communities and deepened his ongoing questions: How can we live together in peace? And how can giving and receiving become joyful?

Since then, he has incorporated practices from Radical Honesty, Authentic Relating and Circling into his life and offerings. He continues to train people and facilitate when asked to in various countries, companies, and communities.

When not teaching or facilitating, he rests a lot, does his best to put his communication skills into practice with family and friends, meditates, and goes on hitchhiking adventures to meet new people.
