There is no shortage of leadership frameworks. What is scarce is leaders who can actually embody them. Leaders who stay present when pressure rises, relational when certainty collapses, and grounded when everything pulls toward reactivity.

Conscious Leadership Training works at the intersection of non-dual contemplative tradition, interpersonal neuroscience, and organisational development. Not to teach leaders more. But to deepen the awareness from which they lead.

Leading from Inner and Outer Connection and Purpose

This 5-day immersive training is designed for you who feel called to be a pioneer in the new era of leadership. If you feel called to lead with more presence, clarity, care and courage — this journey is for you.

Why this leadership training?

We live in a time of profound transition. The need for a new kind of leadership is clear — one that integrates inner awareness with outer action, and values human depth as much as organizational impact.

The Ängsbacka Leadership Academy supports the emergence of a leadership culture rooted in self-awareness, authenticity, compassion, purpose and wholeness.

This first module focuses on self-leadership, relational intelligence and embodied purpose — empowering you to lead yourself and others from a place of inner alignment and connected action.

Who is it for?

This program is for:

  • Leaders, managers and team facilitators
  • Entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Changemakers in education, sustainability, health or social innovation
  • Anyone curious about conscious self-leadership and collective evolution

Whether you lead people, projects or cultural change, you’ll find deep inspiration and practical tools for navigating complexity with clarity and heart.
