Amadeo

Amadeo is a Classical Hatha Yoga from Sadhguru’s Academy, Inner Dance facilitator co-founder of the Paradoxe Association in France.

From an early age, Amadeo was drawn to spirituality, meditation, and yoga, alongside interests in theater, martial arts, massage, and especially dance, which he finds the best form of expression and connection, specially couple dance like Forro, improvised like Contact and Fusion, and free dance like Ecstatic and Inner Dance.

Amadeo shares yoga as a holistic path toward balance, clarity, and deeper perception. He offers Dance spaces inviting practitioners into stillness, presence, and freedom, all combined with playfulness, awareness and celebration.
