Anders Lorentz
Anders Lorentz is a Danish breathwork and tantra facilitator, founder of 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 and co-founder of 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 — the largest tantra festival in Denmark.
With more than a decade of experience in embodiment, conscious sexuality, and energy work, his facilitation bridges breath, body, and inner life force. Anders works with couples and individuals who want more from life — more 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, and 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡— and who dare to drop masks and live honestly in body, heart, and sexuality.
His approach is grounded, direct, and body-based, integrating breathwork, movement, conscious touch, and relational practices. Together with his partner and lover Kate Aura, he facilitates spaces for real connection, emotional courage, and embodied intimacy — without performance, spiritual bypassing, or unnecessary complexity.
