Fredrik is also a part of the artist duo SaraMaria&Fredrik and thier music is calm and meditative, often expressed through voices, gongs, handpans, flutes, and piano. The duo has performed and facilitated at tantra festivals and retreat centers, weaving sound, stillness, and nature into transformative journeys.

As a trained ecopsychologist, gong practitioner, and coach, Fredrik has spent recent years actively supporting personal development retreats and workshops, guiding participants toward deeper connection and inner balance.
