Karis Mae

Karis Mae is on a mission to bring more connection in the world. She is a self-confessed cuddle queen, authenticity advocate and connection nerd. Her passion is to get to the heart of being human; to dive into the depths of relating where authenticity and vulnerability meet.

Her group work centres on intimacy, relating, self-love and embodied consent, always held through a trauma-informed lens. She brings a warm, grounded presence and a practical, no-nonsense approach that helps people feel safe enough to go deep.

Karis is a graduate of The Field Facilitator Training and has trained with intimacy expert Jan Day, consent educator Matthias Schwenteck and Heart IQ circle work founder Christian Pankhurst. Her spiritual and personal development path spans over 15 years, drawing from yoga, tantra, meditation, satsang, radical honesty, embodiment, consent and authentic relating.
