Step into a sacred journey with the Heart of Devotion Festival – a unique invitation to meet the divine within yourself. This is an intimate exploration of presence, a chance to touch the sacredness of life and deeply connect with the essence of who you are. Together, we create a space for reflection, devotion, and love.
After a profoundly touching and widely appreciated first year, we now gather for the second edition of Heart of Devotion. Last autumn, something truly special unfolded. Many described the festival as a space filled with togetherness, sacredness, and love – a place where they could slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters. People left feeling nourished, fulfilled, and connected to that pure silent joy within.
Heart of Devotion is more than a festival. It is a sacred space for reflection, devotion, and love.
A Vertical Experience
While many festivals explore the horizontal – connection with others, community, and shared activities – Heart of Devotion offers a vertical experience. A space to deepen your connection to your inner self, to the higher, and to the stillness that lives beyond words. It is an invitation to move beneath the noise of everyday life and rest in the quiet presence of what is real.
Set in the golden stillness of autumn, the festival unfolds in a season that naturally calls us inward. As nature softens and slows down, we too are invited to listen more deeply, reflect more honestly, and return to the sacredness of simply being.
Throughout the festival, we gather in practices such as meditation, satsang, prayer, kirtan, mantra, devotional music, and yoga. These are not offered as tools for striving or becoming, but as gateways into presence – into the timeless space that is already here.
This is not about performance.
Not about achieving something.
Not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering.
Softening.
Listening.
Simply Being.
Heart of Devotion is an invitation for those who long for something deeper, quieter, and more essential. For those who feel devotion in their hearts, or a curiosity to explore it. For those who are ready to rest in stillness, open to the sacred, and reconnect with the vastness within.

A Gift for You and the World
Heart of Devotion is more than a festival—it is a gift. In these times of longing for real, meaningful gatherings, this is a space where authenticity and presence flourish. It is an invitation to return to Ängsbacka, to connect with the sacred, and to rediscover the truth of who you are.
As autumn turns the world golden, we gather in this reflective season to explore the depth of our being. This is not about striving or becoming; it is about simply being present with what already is. Together, we embrace the beauty of existence and the freedom of devotion.
Awakening Through Sacred Sound
At the heart of Heart of devotion lies the awakening power of sacred music. Through heart-opening kirtans, devotional concerts, and mantra singing, you are invited into a sacred space of deep presence and connection. By meditating on the sound we can experience a profound awakening of human potential. These musical experiences are not performances but meditative moments that open the heart, quiet the mind, and awaken a sense of unity with the divine. Through the merging of our individual voices, a shared vibration arises, dissolving the sense of separation and nurturing a deep feeling of unity and inner stillness beyond words.

Program Coordinators
We are thrilled to introduce the duo of great friends who will be steering the ship as the Program Coordinators for this year’s Heart of Devotion Festival at Ängsbacka
Martina Törnvall
Program Coordinator
Martina’s journey began with the powerful and transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga, which opened the door to a deep inner awakening. Drawn to the source, she traveled to India to study the roots of yogic philosophy, mantra and meditation. With a background in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, her path has expanded to include breathwork, sound therapy, and tantric embodiment. Rooted in yogic and tantric traditions, she bridges ancient wisdom from various traditions with modern tools for holistic well-being and spiritual growth.
Guided by devotion and a longing to live from the heart, Martina holds spaces that invite people into deep connection with themselves, the sacred, and each other. She offers retreats, trainings, and ceremonies around the world, always with the intention to support inner transformation and embodied presence.
She is currently pouring her heart into co-creating Heart of Devotion – a new festival at Ängsbacka that invites us to open our heart and deepen our connection to the divine through music, meditation, and sacred practices.
