Karis Mae weaves spaces where connection, aliveness and belonging emerge through shared vulnerability, nervous system safety and the simple, powerful experience of being seen and felt by others.

She is a self-confessed cuddle queen, authenticity advocate and connection nerd. Her passion is to get to the heart of being human; to dive into the depths of relating where authenticity and vulnerability meet.

Her group work centres on intimacy, honest relating, self-love and embodied consent, always held through a trauma-informed lens. She brings a warm, grounded presence and a practical, no-nonsense approach that helps people feel safe enough to risk being real.
