Karis Mae

Karis is a cuddle queen, connection nerd and authenticity advocate. Her passion is to get to the heart of being human; to dive into the depths of relating where authenticity and vulnerability meet. She believes in the power of touch for healing, self-love, nervous system regulation, and opening to pleasure and sensuality. Her playfulness, groundedness and warmth infuse her offerings on intimacy, relating and embodied consent. Karis is a graduate of The Field Facilitator Training and she has also trained with intimacy expert Jan Day, consent educator Matt Schwenteck and Heart iQ founder Christian Pankhurst. Her spiritual and personal development path has been touched by many modalities and teachings over the last 14 years, including yoga, tantra, meditation, satsang, radical honesty, consent, embodiment and authentic relating.
