Aham is a movement facilitator from Barcelona working with Contact Improvisation, embodied communication and relational awareness.

With a background in performing arts, acrobatics, dance and body-based research, his work explores presence, trust, boundaries and authentic connection through movement.

He integrates somatic approaches, conscious movement and Nonviolent Communication to create spaces where people can listen more deeply to themselves, to others and to what is alive in the moment.

His facilitation invites playfulness, sensitivity and embodied exploration as pathways into connection, intimacy and self-awareness.
