Théo Cremel

Musicality & Afro-Latin Connection

Théo’s dance journey began in 2010 in the south of France 🇫🇷, blending the raw energy of Hip-Hop with the vibrant rhythms of Cuban Salsa. A year later, he stepped into his first Kizomba class—experiencing a heart-opening connection that shaped his path.

International movement artist and certified Tarraxo teacher, Théo is the founder of Kiz’ Island, the first Kizomba festival in Koh Phangan, Thailand. With 14+ years of experience on all continents, he weaves Hip-Hop, Popping, Breakdance, Capoeira, Salsa, Bachata, Afro & Kizomba into a unique, expressive style rooted in musicality, grounding, and emotional language.

In 2018, he left a tech career to teach dancing in China and study Naturopathy, Yoga, and holistic wellness. Since 2020, he’s called Koh Phangan home, where he’s building a conscious, inclusive Afro-Latin dance community focused on connection and free expression.
