Leona Renee Röckner

Leona Röckner is a second-generation Mexican American who has lived in Sweden for 14 years.

For 18 years, she has explored movement through yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, Somatic Movement, Hypopressives & Lymphatic Movement.

Her sessions invite you to reconnect with your body through breath & movement.

Beyond the yoga mat, Leona is the founder of WØRN, a community-focused clothing consignment shop & co-facilitates rattle-making workshops where participants craft their own ceremonial tools.

This October, she will co-facilitate the Temple of the Heart Yoga Retreat on the Greek island of Kythera.
