Something about the way you lead is ready to change.

You may already know how to lead. You have the experience. The knowledge. The tools. And yet, leadership often asks something deeper of us.

How do you respond when you’re under pressure?
What happens when conflict arises?
Can you stay present when things become uncertain?
How do your own patterns shape the way you meet others?

At some point, developing as a leader becomes less about learning another technique, and more about becoming aware of who you are while you lead. This is where conscious leadership begins.

LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH SELF-AWARENESS

We believe that how we lead others is deeply connected to how we relate to ourselves. During the training, we explore the inner patterns, beliefs and reactions that influence the way we communicate, make decisions, handle conflict and create relationships.

Through self-inquiry, embodiment, contemplative practice and honest dialogue, we create space to notice what happens beneath the surface. The purpose is not to become a perfect leader, but to become a more present, authentic and conscious one.

FIVE DAYS TO EXPLORE, PRACTICE & INTEGRATE

This is not a training you simply sit through. It is an immersive experience designed to be explored with your whole self. The training draws on perspectives from leadership development, organisational psychology, neuroscience, embodiment, mindfulness and contemplative practice.

Across five days, you will be invited into a combination of:

SELF-INQUIRY
Explore your patterns, beliefs and habitual ways of responding.

EMBODIMENT
Develop greater awareness of how thoughts, emotions and experiences live in the body.

RELATIONAL PRACTICE
Explore authentic communication, trust, vulnerability and the dynamics between people.

CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE
Create space for presence, stillness and deeper awareness.

LEADERSHIP EXPLORATION
Connect your inner work to the realities of leading people, teams and organisations.

INTEGRATION
Turn insights into practices you can bring into your everyday life and leadership.

Conscious leadership does not mean leaving the professional world behind. It means bringing more awareness into it.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You might be a leader, manager, entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, educator or simply someone who has a strong influence on the people and environments around you. You may be looking to:

  • deepen your self-awareness
  • become more present and grounded in your leadership
  • navigate difficult conversations and relationships with greater ease
  • understand your own patterns and reactions
  • create more authentic and trusting relationships
  • connect your work with a deeper sense of purpose

WHAT YOU TAKE WITH YOU?

Our hope is that you will leave with more than new ideas about leadership. Our intention is that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical ways to bring that awareness into your everyday life.

You may take with you:

  • Greater self-awareness – A clearer understanding of the patterns and reactions that shape your leadership.
  • More presence – The ability to pause, listen and respond rather than simply react.
  • Stronger relationships – New perspectives and practices for creating trust, openness and authentic connection.
  • Practical tools – Experiences and practices that can continue to support you in your work and life.
  • A renewed sense of purpose – Space to reconnect with what matters to you and how you want to contribute.
  • A community – New connections with people who are exploring similar questions about leadership and life.
