There’s a place inside where everything belongs – even the parts you’ve been trying to change. This retreat is about finding your place of belonging; and bringing love and integration to each part of you from there.

A four-day immersion integrating embodied, relational and meditative approaches to healing & awakening. Attending together to what needs healing, and awakening to what is always whole inside each of us.

WHAT IS THIS RETREAT?

What if the spiritual path isn’t about transcending our humanity – but one of deeply embracing it? A way of finding true belonging and integration for all that you are?

This retreat is designed to create the conditions for that to happen – not through force or technique, but through presence, attunement, and genuine connection. We will explore the meeting point between healing and awakening, and why both are needed for our sense of wholeness and aliveness in life.

You are invited to experience meditation, inquiry and deep relational and embodied healing in a safe, supportive container – the kind that reaches the pre-verbal and somatic layers where our deepest attachment patterns live.

Our approach is one of befriending, honoring and respecting rather than trying to push for change. We cannot arrive at genuine presence when trying to avoid or change what is present.

It is an uncomplicated path to embodied wholeness – designed not to transcend your humanity, but to deeply inhabit it.

A place to rest, renew and truly befriend yourself.

“Attachment is the most important need of a human being, but authenticity is the most important need of the human soul. Healing is finding the place where they are no longer in conflict.”

— Dr. Gabor Maté

WHAT happens during the retreat?

Over four days, we move into a new way of being; meeting all that we are with curiosity, support and compassion. We draw on simple, timeless approaches that speak to the various layers of our psyche and nervous system – practices that have been part of healing and spiritual traditions across cultures for millenia:

  • Movement, Breath & Touch: Our non-verbal parts heal through felt experience, breath, movement, and safe, attuned touch. We uncover and gently free old memories and habits – learning to inhabit rather than manage the body. This reaches the places that words and insight alone cannot, freeing up a new sense of possibility and aliveness.
  • Human Connection: Much of what we carry was shaped in relationship, and can heal in relationship. We explore how early attachment and relational experience shape the way we relate and practice, and what becomes possible when those roots begin to heal. Depending on the group and what emerges, we may also look into how our family systems influence our ability to relate, regulate, and integrate through constellation work.
  • Stillness & Presence: Meditation for Humans is an accessible, grounded approach to meditation and contemplation, working with the nervous system rather than against it. Through meditation, inquiry, and deep relaxation, stillness becomes not an escape from what is difficult, but the ground from which it can finally be met. Recognition practices help you touch the ground of being that was never wounded.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

A felt sense of belonging – not as an idea, but as something that has settled in the body and the nervous system. A new relationship with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to come home. And the lived experience of being genuinely seen and held by others on the same path.

Over time, the approaches we work with has helped both us and our clients develop:

  • A felt sense of safety. A capacity to notice, hold, and gently soften the tension and vigilance that have been running in the background for years. The nervous system slowly learns that it can rest without losing awareness.
  • Deeper intimacy. Whether in partnership, friendship, or family, many find that their capacity for contact expands. Old patterns of withdrawal, overwhelm, or people-pleasing begin to loosen, making room for something more honest and warm.
  • Meditation you can actually enjoy. Not a technique to master, but a way of being that includes your humanity. A recognition that stillness is not the opposite of feeling – it is the ground that makes aliveness possible.
  • A sense of inner base. An embodied, reliable place inside that you can return to when things get difficult. A simple warmth toward yourself that continues to deepen long after the retreat ends.

    Who is this for?

Many people who have done years of inner work still carry a quiet ache. Something inside – in the body, in relationships – feels unsettled and is calling out for connection. What is often missing is just an acknowledgment of our very human needs for safe, warm holding.

No special background is needed. What is needed is a genuine desire to meet yourself more fully, and an openness to both the psychological and the contemplative dimensions of the journey.

    Particularly well-suited for:

    • People having done years of therapy but find it difficult to land in a sense of embodied safety when alone or with others
    • Meditators who feel their practice is missing a somatic or relational dimension
    • Therapists, coaches, and practitioners in the healing arts seeking their own deeper integration
    • Anyone who has felt: ‘I have done so much work – why does this still feel unfinished?

    FAQ

Do I need experience with meditation, therapy, or bodywork?
It is useful to have some previous experience, but what matters more is a genuine curiosity about your own inner life and a willingness to be with yourself and others in a supportive space.

    What is the daily rhythm?
We move gently between group sessions, smaller guided practices, meals, and rest. There is space for integration – this is not a packed schedule. The exact flow shifts with the needs of the group.

Is this therapy or a spiritual retreat?
It is both, and neither in the conventional sense. We are not doing clinical diagnosis or treatment. We are creating a space where psychological healing and contemplative depth can happen together, held by presence rather than technique.

    What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, layers for warmth, and anything that helps you feel at home. A journal can be useful.
