Diana is a bodyworker, dancer, and lover of spontaneous adventures in nature. She teaches hatha yoga and yin yoga. Her goal in instructing yoga is to be a conduit for inspiration and hope to flow; to inspire self confidence and clarity in those moving and breathing in the container she creates for gracefulness and alignment. Diana has 21 years of yoga experience. She managed a Sivananda Yoga Studio for 3 years starting in 2003 and has maintained her massage practice there to this day. Her studies in yoga and bodywork began while living at the Omega Institute in 2002. 200 hour YTT through Ashtanga Yoga of New Paltz and 70+ hour Yin YTT with Biff Mithoefer of the Jamtse School of Yin Yoga, and has enjoyed many yoga workshops: with Shiva Rhea, Sean Corn, David Life and Sharon Gannon, Rodney Yee and Colleen Yee, Glen Black, and Daniel Orlansky, and Carisa Borrello to name a few.
