Marta is passionate lover of meditation&conscious living in the truth of now! Her mission is to support and inspire people to discover & live their true power, joyful peace, and harmony. She facilitates and coaches with a loving, joyful heart full of presence, inviting to meet life with openness&courage. Through bodywork she supports nervous system regulation, comming back to resources&true nature.
She has been working with coaching&teaching since 2010, began her Zen Coaching journey in 2012. Certified Senior Coach, leader of ZC trainings in PL, supervisor, Anchor Circle member. She co-founded the Coaching Center, created&facilitated the postgraduate coaching program in Poland.
Certified facilitator of OSHO Active Meditations. After intensive Family Constellations education. Certified Soul Body Fusion practitioner. With loving kindness & grounded presence, she offer Lomi Lohi massages.
