“Ida Simone is a singer, chantress, and circle facilitator based in Malmö. The forest taught her to sing before any stage did, she has spent years learning to let sensations and emotion move through her voice, both as an artist and guide for others. As an artist, she channels what moves through her into spiritual pop rooted in jazz. As a facilitator, she holds space for others to find their own voice — raw, unpolished and true.
She created Zensing as a space for others to explore somatic nervous system regulation through voiced emotion. Explore singing and chanting as a way home to the body, something that moves what words can’t reach. She holds Zensing regularly in Malmö, and this time brings it to Ängsbacka as Zensing in nature, among the trees that taught her to sing in the first place. In her circles, singing isn’t performance — it’s release, remembering our nature, being fully alive.”
