Zara

Zara is a Persian mystic poet, Sufi vocalist, and spiritual seeker based in Stockholm. Born in Iran, her deep connection to Persian poetry and mysticism began in childhood. After moving to Sweden, her journey of longing and rediscovery led her to express her spiritual experiences through poetry and soulful chanting in both English and Persian. Together with her husband and guide, Mahzoon, she embarked on a lifelong path dedicated to inner stillness, self-knowledge, and oneness.

Today, Zara co-leads transformative spaces next to Mahzoon, helping others restore their inner energy and experience profound peace. In their upcoming Sema (whirling) and Sufi meditation workshop, she will guide participants as a facilitator and speaker, creating a sacred environment for deep inner alignment.
