Dana has been leading Open Heart Choirs since 2003. The focus is twofold: songs are learned by rote, without pressure or the need to read music, and the repertoire is uplifting and heart-opening. He has created over 100 choral arrangements and enjoys weaving rich vocal tapestries with groups.

In recent years, he has also been holding workshops in improvisational singing, where music is created in the moment.

Since 2001, Dana has also been a valued Heart Dance leader in a wide range of settings and festivals.

His warm, easygoing, and enthusiastic style helps participants quickly relax and enjoy singing, movement, and creative expression.
