Rico Persson is a musician and facilitator whose work weaves together rhythm, presence, and human connection. Inspired by West African and Brazilian musical traditions, his expression moves between the deeply rooted and the spontaneously created — always shaped by the energy of the moment.

Through ngoni, calebase, flutes, percussion, voice and live looping, Rico creates immersive musical spaces that invite participation, playfulness, and authentic expression.

With 20 years of experience facilitating creative experiences, Rico creates grounded and vibrant spaces through rhythm and presence. At No Mind Festival, he performs with Echoes of Devotion and offers rhythmic support for Sacred Earth.
